Hello! I’m Fazli, a Ph.D. student in the Department of Psychology and Neuroscience at Boston College, working in the Social Influence & Social Change Lab with Dr. Gregg Sparkman. My research explores the psychological and social mechanisms that drive systemic change. I examine when & how individuals become part of collective action and transform structures that contribute to environmental and social inequities.

I am also an incoming Doctoral Fellow at The Clough Center for the Study of Constitutional Democracy where I'll further explore how psychological processes shape and sustain democratic resilience.
